It may or may not come as a surprise that the number one source of rubbish around Australia in 2018 was single-use plastics—and straws were in the top 10. For the sake of our precious wildlife, and to ensure future generations have the opportunity to live in and appreciate this beautiful country, education and action are of utmost importance.
